This transition, effective since January 2023, marks a new era for Shiseido EMEA, a crucial region for the brand's international development. Alberto Noé, a veteran of the beauty industry, joins Shiseido after an impressive career that has seen him hold leadership positions at L'Oréal, Lancôme in Italy, LVMH, and Chanel. Noé joined the Shiseido group in 2013 as General Manager and President of the Italian market, before taking over the commercial development of all EMEA markets in 2019. His appointment as Deputy CEO of Shiseido EMEA in January 2023 was the final step before assuming his current role.
