Sobiecka, originally from Poland, brings a wealth of experience to her new role, with a career spanning significant positions at PepsiCo, Danone, and Henkel before her tenure at L'Oréal started in 2005. She initially served as the Marketing Director for Vichy in Switzerland, laying the groundwork for her future with the company.
