Daily Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and structure a team of circa 25 team members

Ensure operational discipline and retail excellence

Pilot commercial performance and category dynamics

Strengthen VIP and clienteling strategy with CRM

Build strong rituals of coaching, feedback and performance review

Partner closely with HQ stakeholders (Retail, Merch, VM, Training, Finance)

Safeguard the Maison’s image and experience standards

Organigram

Reports to:
Retail Director / Country Director (depending on organisation)

Manages:
Store Management team + Sales Associates + Support functions

Works closely with:
CRM — Merchandising — Visual Merchandising — Training — Finance — HR — Retail Excellence — Security

This function is considered a critical leadership role within the retail organisation.
