Management of a multicultural team of sales advisors (M/F/X)

Contribution & Impact


- Deploy and translate the strategy of our house to your team.
- Coach and train on the ground to elevate their expertise in style and customer experience.
- Organize and conduct motivating briefings to ensure a strong team spirit.

Strategic Sales Management:

- Drive sales, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.
- Provide clear and precise reports to the Management.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures while enhancing the visibility of our products.

Brand Ambassador:

- Provide a unique welcome to our customers and represent us at special events.
- Collaborate on internal projects to strengthen our positioning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key players in the fashion and luxury sector.

Collection Optimization:

- Manage purchases while respecting the uniqueness of our boutique.
- Work in synergy with other managers to ensure a varied and trendy offering.
- Use feedback and analysis to guide future purchasing decisions.
