Supply Chain Project Director H/F/X

As the Director of Supply Chain Projects, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between the Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Your expertise will drive the implementation of our production planning processes, with a particular focus on Leather Goods, to optimize resource allocation and streamline our response to sales variability.

- Oversee the program, managing planning, costs, reporting, and governance.
- Serve as a reference point for Supply Chain processes, managing them across different teams.
- Validate final processes, ensuring alignment with our Supply Chain model.
- Foster simplification, efficiency, and sustainability in business processes.
- Lead change management, promoting and facilitating process and tool upgrades.
- Coordinate deployment across various activities and teams.

Management: Distribution Manager

Hierarchical Reporting: Director of Supply Chain Transformation.

Strategic Relationships:

Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics, Manufacturing, IT, and Finance teams.

Management:

Oversee the Central Distribution Project Manager.
Report directly to the Director of Supply Chain Transformation.

More than 15 years of experience in Supply Chain and Production.
Significant experience in program management.
Essential experience in the Luxury/Fashion sector.
Fluency in English, Italian, and French.
Strong communication, proactivity, and organizational skills.
Business-oriented mindset with a sense of common sense and strategic planning.

Mobility: Headquarters or EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
