At the heart of our boutique's success is our dedicated team, and we are currently seeking a dynamic Boutique Manager to lead our vibrant team.
The Boutique Manager will play a crucial role in driving our boutique's sales, enhancing our store operations, and fostering team and client development.

The Boutique Manager is tasked with overseeing all aspects of the boutique, including sales generation, store operations, and the development of both team members and clients.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our boutique not only meets but exceeds its annual sales goals and maintains the highest level of service at all times.

Management of a multicultural and diverse team of over 5 managers (executive) and over 60 indirect employees

Contribution / Impact |

Sales Strategy and Product Management:

Analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product presentation.
Ensure competitive intelligence and react to market trends to maintain the brand's competitive edge.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure implementation and compliance with company procedures and policies.
Contribute to the day-to-day running of the store by ensuring operational excellence.
Ensure that the customer experience reflects the house's quality and service standards.

People :

Support succession planning and promote internal mobility.
Point of contact with business departments at head office
Conduct COMEX store visits

Strong analytical skills, business acumen and exceptional communication skills.
