Daily Job Routine

Business Development:
Ensure the commercial development of the Men's activity and monitor the associated budget.

Launches & Collections:
Lead launches, support the development of existing collections by implementing creative and innovative action plans.

Offer Management:
Manage the in-store offering and distribution network in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Store Planning teams.

Team Animation:
Animate and support regional Merchandising teams to achieve predefined objectives.

Showroom:
Organize and optimize the Jewelry showroom in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Hierarchy & Organisation

Reporting: Business Unit Management

Management: Supervise and guide two Merchandisers (junior and senior) as well as an intern.

Contribution & Impact

Offer Management: Manage the in-store offering and distribution network in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Store Planning teams.

Customer Experience: Work towards continuous improvement of the customer experience through interdepartmental collaboration (Architecture, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Clienteling, etc.).

Mirror

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role (Merchandising, Operational Marketing).

Experience in the luxury sector is highly desirable.
International and/or Retail experience is an asset.

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent analytical and organizational skills, capable of working in a team while being autonomous.
