Fluent in French and English

Daily Job Routine

As a freelance recruiter specialized in the luxury sector, you will be responsible for finding exceptional talents capable of contributing to our continued success.
You will work closely with our management teams to understand our recruitment needs and attract candidates who embody our values and aspirations.

Hierarchy & Organisation

Collaboration with the General Director

Contribution & Impact

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-level candidates in the luxury sector.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining job profiles to selecting resumes, organizing interviews, and evaluating candidates.
Utilize various recruitment sources, including social media, candidate databases, and professional events, to build a talent pool.
Provide regular follow-up and communication with candidates and the management team to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Advise on best recruitment practices and labor market trends in the luxury sector.


Significant experience in recruitment, ideally in the luxury sector or related fields.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and results orientation.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and professional social media platforms.
Passion for the luxury sector and understanding of the unique needs of businesses in this field.
