Daily Job Routine
Analyze products thoroughly to assess their repairability.
Ensure meticulous monitoring of repairs and relationships with suppliers.
Control the quality of repairs performed, ensuring compliance with the house's standards.

Produce accurate reports to ensure effective coordination with different teams.
Take initiatives to enhance product repairability.
Actively participate in detailed reviews and quality meetings to ensure the success of after-sales activity.
Prioritize customer-centric communication to effectively address their needs.
Enhance ties with business teams through information sharing and quality monitoring.
Proactively alert hierarchy to complex issues to ensure commitment adherence.

Expérience :
Minimum 5 ans dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans l'univers du luxe.
Passion :
Un réel intérêt pour la mode et le luxe.
