Business Planning Manager H/F/X

Our partner house, a leader in the fashion and luxury sector, is seeking to strengthen its Business Planning Department through the recruitment of a Director of Business Planning.

Fluent in French and English

Proficiency in a third international language is a plus: Italian, Spanish, Literary Arabic, Japanese, Indian, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin…)

Daily Job Routine

Pilotage et Stratégie:

- Build and communicate monthly activity management, set objectives, perform analyses, and prepare the book budget.

Support and Coordination:

- Ensure the coherence of the design strategy and provide operational support to marketing teams. You will be the preferred point of contact for the Marketing, Supply Chain departments, as well as the Women's and Men's Leather Goods teams.

Business Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth business analyses to meet the daily needs of the Women's Leather Goods division.

Reporting Tools:

- Manage the maintenance and development of reporting tools under Power BI.

Management of 4 people

Contribution & Impact

Margin Management:

Coordinate the margin of new products during Showrooms, track the margin quarterly, and provide Margin Business Reviews to top management.


Coordinate the pricing of new products monthly and be the main point of contact for Marketing and Supply Chain.

Product Strategy:

Propose and validate go-to-market strategies (OTS) with top management, participate in Showroom preparation, and coordinate the brand's cross-functional vision with other departments.



You have at least 15 years of experience in business analysis, business development, or finance.

Skills: Recognized for your analytical mind, you have a solid understanding of the fashion and/or cosmetics sector.


With excellent interpersonal skills, you have a strong team spirit and are capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
